"As well as achieving B Corp status last year, Brandon Consultants has just been awarded a Great Place To Work accreditation, and I want to take a moment to reflect.
When Richard Taylor and I set up Brandon up over a decade ago, we wanted to build the best ‘people’ business we possibly could. Yes, there’s been blood, sweat and tears along the way, but alongside every single amazing member of our team (past and present), we’ve transformed Brandon into something I feel immensely proud of.
Running an agency can sometimes feel like a rollercoaster, but Rich and I have always believed that people who are empowered with clarity, clear direction, and a voice to be heard can truly make a difference in the world. I am so proud of the team and culture we have created together, and the fun we have had in the process – and there has been a LOT of fun along the way!
We might not always get it right, but we continue to be dedicated to improving and doing the right thing for our people, our clients, our partners, and the planet.
