We’re Hiring – Marketing Manager (Part Time)

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a natural hunger for hunting out PR opportunities to help grow our creative reputation.

Marketing Manager (Part Time – 3 days per week)

Location

Altrincham, Manchester. Hybrid Working - 1 to 2 days per week in the studio

Why you?

You are a confident and proactive Marketing Manager, with the proven ability to come up with creative ideas to drive agency visibility.

Proficient in recognising an opportunity to talk about Brandon and our work, you will help to market the agency to its full potential. This could range from PR activities, promotional outreach, shortlisting award lists and collating and creating entries, through to securing speaker opportunities for the senior leadership team at various key industry events. We’d also love to hear your original ideas to promote the agency and our award-winning work.

You’re an excellent communicator, able to draft content that reflects the agency’s culture, tone of voice and vision. You’ll be equally comfortable communicating verbally to get the best results from other members of the team and build relationships to increase new business opportunities.

You’ll help to facilitate creating great case studies (both for our website and awards) and help our new business team create original and through provoking articles for potential clients

As a people person, you’ll be the expert in making sure the agency’s personality, vision and culture come through loud and clear in everything we say and do.

You’re a strategic thinker and a proactive problem solver that can think on your feet and implement marketing strategies to promote the Brandon business.

You will be passionate about design and have a good understanding of FMCG brand businesses and knowledge of industry awards.

To be successful you’ll need to have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • A proven track record of helping to build brand presence
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbally
  • Experience of managing industry awards and entries preferred
