We're hiring - Account Executive
We’re looking for an Account Executive to work across a portfolio of FMCG accounts, helping our clients win the fight for relevance.
LOCATION
Manchester / Altrincham
3 days a week in the studio (T/W/T) 2 days WFH. (M/F)

WHY YOU?
You will have a hunger to learn about the creative industry, an eye for design and drive to really understand how brands tick.
As an Account Executive, you’ll act as a link between the agency and our clients. You’ll be responsible for the coordination of campaigns and projects, therefore, communicating clearly to all is a must.
You will be responsible for all aspects of project management; from creating and crafting briefs to reviewing creative work, presenting to clients and keeping projects on time and on budget.
You’ll be commercially savvy, using your excellent financial management skills to accurately budget for projects and actively propose solutions to financial challenges.
You’re a natural born organiser with an eye for great design and great attention to detail.
Ultimately, we’re a team of doers, so we’re looking for someone that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to support their peers. The ability to cope under pressure (and have some fun along the way) is also a pre-requisite for life in our fast-paced, dynamic and young brand agency.
To be successful you’ll need to have:
- FMCG packaging experience
- 6-12 Months experience working in an agency environment is preferred – creative, digital, design.
- An inherent curiosity about brands and a real desire to learn and progress.
- IT/MS Office Skills – PPT, Word, Excel, Keynote
- Confident and effective financial management skills
- A strategic approach to farm new business opportunities
- Great problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to voice your own opinion
- Amazing attention to detail and organisational skills
