You lead complex, high-value clients demonstrating creativity, intellect and effectiveness in solving business problems. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you proactively hunt out new commercial opportunities and help to develop our products and services to meet the needs of our growing client base.

Internally, you will nurture the client service team, ensuring they are financially focused, and helping to coach, develop and support in-conjunction with the Client Service Director.

To be successful you’ll need to have:

  • Qualifications to degree standard with expertise in marketing or design.
  • Experience in a leading branding, design or creative business.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead global client partnerships to growth, with strong client relationship skills and listening skills.
  • Gravitas, energy and a positive ‘have-done’ attitude to any challenge and opportunity.
