We’re Hiring - Senior Account Manager


We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager or an experienced Account Manager looking to take that next step up, to work across a portfolio of FMCG accounts, helping our clients win the fight for relevance.


Senior Account Manager (Full Time)


Altrincham, Manchester

Hybrid Working – 3 days per week in the studio

You’re already an established Senior Account Manager or an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering outstanding client service.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management; from creating and crafting briefs to reviewing creative work, presenting to clients and keeping projects on time and on budget.

You’ll have the ability to anticipate client’s needs and be able to demonstrate expertise in managing sizeable brand projects. Proactively doing the necessary groundwork to keep abreast of client’s brands to seek out new opportunities, generate new briefs and deliver outstanding work.

You’re an awesome communicator, capable of creating and delivering compelling client presentations, and clearly articulating briefs into the studio to ensure deliverables are on brand, on time and within budget.

You’ll be commercially savvy, using your excellent financial management skills to accurately budget for projects and actively propose solutions to financial challenges.

You’re a natural born organiser with an eye for great design and great attention to detail.

Ultimately, we’re a team of doers, so we’re looking for someone that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to support their peers. The ability to cope under pressure (and have some fun along the way) is also a pre-requisite for life in our fast-paced, dynamic and young brand agency.

To be successful you’ll need to have:

  • A qualification to degree standard with expertise in marketing or design
  • FMCG packaging experience
  • Solid experience of working as a Senior Account Manager or you’re an accomplished Account Manager ready to take the next step up in your career
  • Confident and effective financial management skills
  • A strategic approach to farm new business opportunities
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to voice your own opinion
  • Amazing attention to detail and organisational skills
